Terms & Conditions

By accessing the vibenamibia.com website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Consumers are advised to read the product information before proceeding. vibenamibia.com  reserves the right to decline any order or purchase of our products for any reason. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

All online orders above N$ 1000.00 in Namibia will be delivered to the customer’s premises free of charge. For orders below the minimum allocated amount, a delivery charge of N$ 65 will be charged.

All online orders will be delivered via Nampost Couriers. A tracking number will be send via email to the customer.

The availability indicated on our website for each product is an estimate only and is based on normal full working days. An order will only ship once the complete order is ready, unless otherwise specified by the client. If the client specifies he wants all stock available shipped immediately and the back orders shipped at a later date, the client will be liable for paying the courier fees on the second shipment.

The estimated delivery period is subject to stock on hand and supplier stock availability. Should our supplier be out of stock of any products that have been ordered, our representative will contact the customer as soon as possible. All orders will only processed once the money is cleared and reflects on our bank statement.

In the occurrence that an incorrect address has been provided vibenamibia.com reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

All orders will be shipped with Nampost Couriers unless otherwise requested by the client. If the client requests a specific courier service to be used the client will be liable to pay all courier fees.
vibenamibia.com will not be held responsible for any goods lost by the courier company. In the event that the client has not received his/her package within 3 days of shipping, they may contact us. We will provide the Waybill number and, if needed, a signed copy of the waybill as proof that the package was sent. Any further disputes must be settled between the client and the courier company. Goods that were lost during shipping will not be refunded by Bluemed and the client will have to resolve these disputes with the courier company.

  1. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights

This Website is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Copyright and all intellectual property rights in all materials made available through this Website are owned by Bluemed.  vibenamibia.com is the lawful user thereof and is protected by both Namibian and international intellectual property laws. Accordingly, an unauthorized copying, reproduction, re-transmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, or other circulation or exploitation of such material as aforesaid or any component thereof will constitute an infringement of such copyright and other intellectual property rights. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “Trademarks”) that pertain to vibenamibia.com displayed on this website are registered and unregistered Trademarks of vibenamibia.com, nothing contained on this Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademarks without the prior written permission from Bluemed. Other trademarks, names, logos and service marks used are the property of their respective owners.

  1. Warranty & Repairs Policy

* All we-vibe products sold by vibenamibia.com come with a 1 (one) year manufacturers warranty.

The one-year warranty covers defective product replacement only. Visit we-vibe .com/warranty for product replacement and warranty information. No other warranties are expressed or implied. If there is a warranty claim, or any other damage, the users’s sole remedy is product replacement. No medical claims are implied or warranted by use of this product.

* The customer shall be bound by the warranty terms and conditions set by the manufacturer of any product.

* The customer shall return any defective goods to our premisis at the customer’s own cost and packaged in the original packaging.

* All items must be returned along with a copy of the purchase receipt and/or tax invoice.

Note: A product warranty means that goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. Goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear or the customer’s own negligence. Faulty goods will be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Only when an item cannot be repaired will the manufacturer, at their own discretion, issue a replacement or credit.
Any Physical damage to a product purchased from vibenamibia.com will effectively void the warranty completely.

vibenamibia.com IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY vibenamibia.com ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY vibenamibia.com. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. vibenamibia.com ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. vibenamibia.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT.

AS A SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, vibenamibia.com WILL DEAL WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SERVICE CENTRES ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS, BUT WE MAY IN OUR OWN DISCRETION DECIDE TO REFER THE CLIENT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR THEIR SERVICE CENTRE.

 

  1. Refunds & Returns Policy

Should a client change his/her mind about a purchase and decide that he/she would rather have a different product then all items, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 7 days from the original purchase date.

* The items you return must be in substantially the same condition as when vibenamibia.com delivered them to you (Including packaging material)

* vibenamibia.com will, in our discretion, either credit the purchase price paid for those items or give a product equivalent in value to those items.

* No cash refunds will be issued.

* All returns or cancellations may incur a 15% handling fee.

* Due to  medical and hygenic reasons and the nature of our products, a product may only be returned if the packaging is unopened.

FAULTY ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED ARE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR WARRANTY POLICY AND NOT ACCORDING TO OUR RETURNS POLICY

Bluemed endeavours to ensure the prices of our products are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notification. If a product price is modified, you will be informed of the change before payment is processed.
